Regional Manager - Human Resource

Responsibilities:
MISSION
- To provide Human Resources services and consultancies to store associates and to effectively manage the HR administration.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- To act as resource person and be the eyes and ears for associates on any issues and to feedback to Store Director.
- Conduct primary investigation on staff misconduct and to prepare investigation report for management’s evaluation.
- Taking care of OKU associates.
- To counsel associates on work related issues.
ORGANIZATION EFFICIENCY
- Manpower is fully met in the most timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all recruitments are effectively done.
- To maintain and update employee records.
- To update leave records, MC and absent into the system and to take necessary actions where required.
- To ensure all disciplinary cases reported and updated.
- To liaise with Division Managers on on-the-job training plan and to update training records.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- To identify training analysis for the team and as well as self-development.
- Ensure team's development plan is executed within the year in liaison with Talent Management & Development department.
- To evaluate training feedback with team members.
FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
- Maintain HR cost on ordering of uniforms, equipment and labor cost.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or in any relevant discipline.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferable candidates who has working experience as generalist of HR.
- Familiar with the best practices of HR and update new ideas to enhance people and process.
- Possess high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in handling recruitment & selection will be an added advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken for both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Willing to be relocated within stores in Malaysia.
