Head of Sales
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and refine new and pre owned vehicle sales policies.
- Maximize sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop the necessary sales organization and resources to achieve performance objectives.
- Managing cost and budget in line with Lotus Cars Malaysia (LCM) plan.
- To provide daily, monthly and/or as and when any other report required.
- Any other jobs as assigned by the principal or head quarter.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Finance/Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in Marketing or Sales environment.
- Knowledgeable in Automotive industry.
- Self motivated and able to work extra hours including weekends.
- Ability to network across variety of functions at various level.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong business sense, public relation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good command of language (both written and oral) in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Head of After Sales Service
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Develop market for After Sales Service network.
- Plan, organize and control of After Sales Service operations.
- Advice customers on necessary repair service including cost estimation and completion date.
- Develop service advertising and promotion programs.
- Responsible for After Sales Service budget preparation.
- Works closely with Parts, Administration, Sales and Management.
- Provide daily, monthly and/or as and when any other report required.
- Responsible to serve, manage and retain customer.
- Ensure all customer issues are attended and delivered as promised.
- Ensure monthly sales and Customer Satisfaction Index targets are achieved.
- Any other jobs as assigned by the principal or head quarter.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Finance/Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
