Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent
- Min.
1 year in similar capacity or 4 years in a supervisory
position in a compatible environment

RESTAURANT / ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER- Certificate / Diploma in hospitality and catering
- Min. 3 years experience in similar capacity
- A dynamic and driven individual with good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Team player who is able to develop and motivate team members.
GUEST SERVICES MANAGER- Min. Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent, with 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Highly guest-oriented individual
- Excellent communication skills.
HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE- Min. Diploma in hospitality or human resources management or equivalent, with 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Possess knowledge and experience in handling payroll and disciplinary issues
- Pleasant personality, meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
SOMMELIER- Min. Diploma in hospitality and catering management
- Certificate in wine training or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in the F&B industry with knowledge of wine and food pairing
- Good knowledge of wine, menu and food
- Possess good interpersonal skills, and guest-oriented person.
SENIOR SECURITY OFFICER / SECURITY OFFICER- Min. SPM or equivalent, with 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Highly disciplined and possess strong sense of integrity
- Able to handle guests tactfully and professionally

GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATES (FRONT OFFICE AND F&B), TELEPHONE OPERATORS,HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATES (ROOMS AND PUBLIC AREA), STEWARDS- Min. SPM qualifications or equivalent with at least 1 year experience in similar capacity
